Hi, I’m Stephanie — and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve made it this far, chances are you’re curious about who I am and how I can help you feel better in your body.

I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of New Orleans and have been teaching Pilates since 2003. I’m also a certified Pilates teacher trainer through the PhysicalMind Institute. In 2019, I sold my thriving Pilates studio in Southlake, TX to focus full-time on my signature program: **12 Weeks to Back Pain Freedom**. After a lifelong struggle with back and neck pain myself, I’ve made it my mission to help others move beyond pain and discover strength, mobility, and confidence they never thought possible.

Earlier in my career, I co-owned and served as the rehab director at Integrated Spine and Disc in Mandeville, LA. There, I specialized in x-ray analysis and exercise programming for chiropractic patients. I was fortunate to learn under talented doctors who emphasized corrective care over passive treatment — a principle that continues to shape the way I teach today. I truly believe that with the right tools, anyone can achieve a higher level of health and well-being.

Since 2013, I’ve studied under renowned osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer, DO — the creator of the revolutionary **ELDOA Method**. Now a certified Level 4 ELDOA Practitioner (one of only ~100 worldwide), I use ELDOA techniques to work precisely with spinal decompression, disc injuries, scoliosis, and more. It’s one of the most powerful tools I’ve found for creating long-term change in the body.

Even with all the tools I use, the method I return to again and again is **Pilates**. Pilates is more than just exercise — it’s a complete system that challenges both the body and the mind. Whether you're training for a sport, recovering from injury, or simply want to move better, Pilates is a powerful foundation. It improves posture, builds core strength, enhances joint mobility, and helps prevent injury. It’s the backbone of everything I teach.
