2026 Updated Polices

Standing Appointments
Consistent weekly time slots are reserved for each client. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you and allows for steady progress and predictable scheduling.

Packages & Frequency
Private training is offered in packages based on weekly training frequency:

Once/week → 4 session package
Twice/week → 8 session package
Three/week → 12 session package

Single sessions are no longer available, except for one new client introductory lesson. This structure supports consistency and allows each client to receive focused, individualized programming.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A full 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are counted as used sessions. Please note that 24 hours’ notice is required—not the evening before—as this allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

Illness and true emergencies are handled with understanding, and communication as soon as possible is appreciated.

Makeups
One makeup session is permitted per 12 sessions purchased.

Makeups are intended for illness or unavoidable conflicts only and are not available for vacations or ongoing schedule conflicts. Makeup sessions must be scheduled within the package period and are not transferable.

Makeups are offered as scheduling allows and are not guaranteed.

Package Completion Periods
Packages have recommended completion periods:

• 4 sessions → complete within 6 weeks
• 8 sessions → complete within 8 weeks
• 12 sessions → complete within 12 weeks

Completing sessions within this timeframe helps maintain consistency and results. Any unused sessions after this period are forfeited, except for eligible makeup sessions arranged in advance.

Planned Vacations/Travel
Standing appointments remain reserved for each client. Sessions missed due to vacations or travel are counted as used sessions.

Online sessions via Zoom are encouraged to help maintain progress while away.

For extended training programs, one short program pause (1–2 weeks) may be permitted with advance notice. For vacations longer than 2 weeks, I cannot guarantee your reserved appointment time upon your return.

7. Holidays
The studio observes major holidays, including:

New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Major holidays are not considered business days. Holiday closures do not count toward your package timeframe and will not reduce the time you have to complete your sessions. No makeups are offered for scheduled holiday closures.

Additional closures may occasionally be announced in advance.

Online / Inclement Weather
If in-person sessions cannot occur due to weather, illness, or other circumstances, sessions will be conducted online at the scheduled time and will count as standard sessions.

Clients are expected to be ready at their scheduled time and to have a device (a laptop is ideal) and a suitable space available for training.

Attendance & Consistency
Consistent attendance is essential for progress and for maintaining a stable schedule. Clients who are unable to maintain regular attendance may be asked to release their standing appointment time to accommodate waitlisted clients.

Pricing
All clients move to updated rates effective March 1, 2026.

Rates reflect the experience, training, and individualized attention included in every session, as well as the specialized methods integrated into each client’s program.
