The ELDOA Method is a collection of exercises that helps to elongate the spine and promote good posture by deeply stretching the fascia that connects each spinal joint.
ELDOA is the work of internationally renowned osteopath and fascia expert, GUY Voyer, DO and is only available in a handful of locations throughout the world.
The ELDOA is different from any workout you have ever done or seen. Each posture is held for 60 seconds of maximum effort. It is an intense workout, yet it is completely safe because the force of motion is only UPWARD against gravity with zero bending or twisting. New students are often surprised by the intensity but say they feel invigorated and energized afterward.
Many people practice the ELDOA to halt the aging process in the joints, especially in the spine. It’s a complement to chiropractic, massage and other bodywork, with the added benefit that it can be done on one’s own without any need for special equipment. ELDOA postures dramatically increase strength in the hips, low back and shoulders.
ELDOA is a great option for scoliosis, osteoarthritis, tech neck (forward head posture), and low back pain. It has promising benefits for osteoporosis because it stimulates the bone.
Each ELDOA exercise creates space in a given joint, allowing healing and hydration for compressed discs.
