Welcome
Hello! I’m Stephanie, Pilates Instructor and certified “health nut”. I’m passionate about helping people feel great in their own skin through developing healthy habits. I’m a big believer in consistency and incremental changes for a balanced life. Often it’s the smallest changes that deliver the greatest results.
I work with students from all walks of life and abilities. Some of my favorite clients are those who have never worked out before and feel intimidated by group exercise. I’m friendly, patient, and encouraging. Pilates truly is for everyone! I use many approaches to help you learn in the way that suits you best.
My teaching falls under the umbrella of “Pilates”, however, I’m trained in a variety of techniques including:
Myofascial stretch
Yoga
Rossiter Stretch
I fuse Pilates with these modalities in each session to help release tight muscles and joints. My goal is for you to walk away feeling 10x better than when you walked in.
Train with me
With over 20 years of professional experience, I’m considered an expert in posture, osteoporosis, joint injury, joint replacement, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine and disc conditions, and sports training. I often consult with other healthcare professionals including physical therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and other bodyworkers to serve my clients best.
